Our fabrication capabilities are top-of-the-line, using state of the art equipment and proven processes to ensure accuracy.

ECS began as a small plastics fabrication company when it was founded by Cliff Sult, Jr. in January of 1997 and is now operated by Cliff, Jr, his son Cliff III and his daughter Shana. We have enjoyed continuous growth through the years and taken on many projects with various customers around the country. With a current staff of approximately 45 full time employees, the company is poised to grow and enter the future as one of the most innovative and diverse fabricators in North Carolina.

Our broad spectrum of capabilities allows us to produce products ranging from point of purchase (POP) displays and fixtures to custom metal, plastic, and composite machined and fabricated parts.

We employ a highly-trained and knowledgeable team of machinists, operators, designers, fabricators, assemblers, project managers, and consultants to sustain product quality and meet stringent deadlines. We continue to evaluate and improve our manufacturing and quality processes to deliver the highest reliability possible. We control costs by managing many processes in-house. ECS considers itself a one-stop-shop, so you can count on quick turnaround times and versatility to match your growing needs. From initial design and prototyping all the way through production, and in some cases to final pack out, ECS has the resources to complete any project with confidence. Our team works closely and honestly with our customers to be cost effective as we invest all that is required to get the job done right.

Our customers consist of companies representing many different industries including medical equipment, automotive, aerospace, fluid handling, merchandising displays, fixture manufacturers, all the way to banking and retail. Our close partnerships with finishers, installers and large metal and plastics suppliers provide us with the resources needed to complete any project, meeting your specifications and timetable.

Quality

We embrace Quality throughout our operation. Our formal Quality System allows us to tailor job design and inspection procedures to meet the need of each job, part or assembly.

Unless defined by a specific customer requirement, we follow inspection procedures established in MIL-I-45208A and sampling plans according to MIL-STD-1916.

Certificate of Conformance provided with each order.

ISO 9001-2015 is coming in early 2018.
