Fairmont Supply is a recognized leader in materials management and is one of the largest full-line distributors of industrial maintenance, repair, and operation (MRO) supplies in the United States. The Company was recently recognized as a 'Big 50' Industrial Supplier by Industrial Distribution Magazine.

Founded in 1921, Fairmont is headquartered in Washington, PA, with 27 distribution centers and on-site store management locations throughout the United States. The Company employs approximately 330 people, maintains relationships with over 500 suppliers, and serves over 5,000 active customers worldwide. Fairmont's distribution centers provide a local presence for customers and a network to serve multi-location businesses and markets including automotive, fabrication, steel, aluminum, oil and gas, mining, construction, utilities, machinery, glass, plastic and chemical industries.

In 2007, Piping and Equipment became a subsidiary of Fairmont Supply. With locations throughout the Gulf, Piping & Equipment is a national industry leader in the distribution of industrial pipes, valves, fittings, and related equipment. Piping and Equipment specializes in serving the midstream and downstream markets as well as the contractors and fabricators that those markets.

In 2017, Industrial Pipe and Supply in Omaha, NE and Industrial Pipe and Valve in Vancouver, WA joined the Fairmont Supply family of companies. The Industrial Pipe companies supply pipes, valves and fittings (PVF) and other materials for large industrial, commercial and infrastructure construction projects, along with refrigeration facilities, aviation facilities, utility providers and heavy mechanical.

In January 2018, THB joined the Fairmont Supply family of companies. THB is a distributor of industrial fasteners and offers value-added services for kitting, packaging and specialized quality control. Founded in 1986 by two brothers - Robb and Scott Harbertson - THB has since grown to serve many loyal customers in the Salt Lake City and Boise markets. The Companycarries over 400,000 products in their lines. THB has maintained their ISO 9001 registration since 2003, and in 2004 they addedASME NQA-1 compliance for the Nuclear Industry.
