M2M Machining is your One-Stop-Shop for complex, precision CNC Milling, Turning & 5-Axis. With two core competencies under one roof and over 60 CNC machines, we have the machinery and expertise to handle a wide range of machining for Heavy Truck, Industrial, Power Gen & Aerospace markets. Our one focus is High Mix-Short Run, complex machining of components and billet. The second focus is cellular production of castings & forgings, with the ability to turn up to 30” diameter & 200 lbs.

High Mix-Short Run Machining

Our High-Mix, fast changeover Job shop sector can mill & turn a wide range of materials, including Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Titanium, Steel Alloys, Plastics, and more. Our machining ranges from turning and vertical milling, to 5-Axis milling & horizontal milling up to a 25” Cube. Typical production lot sizes range from 5 pcs up to 500 pcs.

Casting Production Machining

Our Cellular Production machining sector can mill & turn iron castings, aluminum castings, and steel forgings up to 30” diameters.  The equipment setup in this format ranges from vertical & horizontal milling to VTL and horizontal turning.  Our typical production runs range from 100 pcs to 2,000 pcs, with an EAU capability up to 50,000 pcs.

We also have the capability to be Tier 1 and manage the foundry and casting operations and sourcing!
 
On Site at our 40,000 Sq. Ft facility we also have a complete Quality Lab with 2 Browne & Sharp CMMs, as well as an engineering lab for 3D programming and production planning.
