Harness Master Wiring Systems

Harness Master Wiring Systems was established in 2006 to service a niche market for electrical wiring harnesses, installation kits and lighting bars for mining, automotive, and transport applications. 

At Harness Master Wiring Systems we offer design and development, manufacturing and, if required, installation services for all electrical wiring systems on light and heavy vehicles. We also supply all accessories including switches, lights, and beacons as well as jump start receptacles and e-stops.

Harness Master Wiring Systems is a wholly owned West Australian company and our Australian plant and head office is based in Perth with sales, design, manufacturing and installation capabilities thus giving a strong local support presence for our clients. We also have branch offices in New South Wales and Queensland.

Harness Master Wiring Systems own plants in Australia and the Philippines, staffed by skilled engineers with many years of industry experience. Our local and global presence allows us to be responsive and understand your needs while remaining competitive. 

Instant engineering and prototyping is one of our specialities, and we can have you project ready in record time. We are happy to do large or small production runs, and to supply standardised or custom solutions as needed. While we started out making wiring harnesses, we also produce brackets, enclosures, lighting solutions and complete kits and we can produce and supply all engineering and schematic drawings when required.

We are currently the specified supplier to Rio Tinto for all their on-site light and heavy vehicles. We also supply our products in quantity to BHP and Westrac.
