Our Background

Jifco first began operating as the Jiffy Crayon Company, producing chalk holders for the steel industry in Northwest Indiana. Later, Jifco transitioned into a full service CNC Machine Shop. As a family-owned company, we take pride the fact that our precision machining services mean we produce top quality, American-made parts quickly, and to your exact specifications.

Our Specialty

We are one of the few precision machine shops that specialize in manufacturing prototype and small lot production parts - our typical lot size is between 1 and 1000 pieces.

In our 12 000 sq. ft. of shop area, we offer precision CNC milling on a wide range of plastics and metals, and use state of the art, precision CNC turning (with live tooling) and milling equipment.

Our CNC machining center is staffed by highly skilled, full-service machinists, several of whom have over 20 years’ experience with us. This wealth of experience means your parts are always made accurately to print, while maintaining the very highest standards of quality and workmanship.
