BUILDING A PRODUCTION POWERHOUSE

From the beginning, Rolar has been forward thinking. We were built on manufacturing equipment utilizing screw machines. We continued to grow and eventually were maintaining over 25 screw machines. But as the market changed and technology advanced, we saw a need to adapt. CNC machines were purchased to support tighter tolerances and more complex parts. Gear hobbing, broaching, and grinding added to our diversification efforts. 

Enter new ownership with a passion for machining and automotive parts manufacturing. Rolar is aggressively building capabilities and talents. Manufacturing floorspace doubled to 20,000 square feet. An ERP system now runs all production orders on the manufacturing floor. Innovative CMM Vision Technology supports our inspection with amazing accuracy.

Strong foundational disciplines with innovative thinking and financial investments in people and technology create the strength of this production powerhouse we call Rolar.
