SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Leading global technology solutions company Unisys has received two Help Desk Institute (HDI) Global Service and Support Awards: “Best Customer Experience” and “Best Service and Support Manager” this year. Earlier in 2023, the company had emerged as a winner in two categories: “Best Culture” and “Best Support Organization.”

The “Best Customer Experience” award is in recognition of the strategic approach by the company’s Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) team in optimizing clients' customer experience. The “Best Service and Support Manager” award was won by Unisys Service Desk Service Manager Gilberto Sanchez for exceeding client expectations and exemplary performance.

The HDI awards recognize individuals, teams, and organizations across various categories for achieving and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in technical support and service management.
