M&J Recycling Appoints New CEO

Revenue growth has been strong during M&J Recycling’s first two years as a stand-alone company while simultaneously a new independent organisation has been established.

SEATTLE (Waste Advantage): M&J Recycling’s Board of Directors has appointed René Normann Christensen as the company’s new CEO. With this appointment M&J Recycling is preparing for the next phase of growth. New CEO, René Normann Christensen has long leadership experience and has among others been CEO of Kohberg Bakery Group A/S and prior to this been CEO of Glunz & Jensen A/S and Plus Pack A/S. He assumes his position at M&J Recycling immediately.

“After a successful carve out from Metso in 2021, M&J Recycling has now reached a point on the growth journey where it is necessary to change focus and increase momentum.There is a significant global potential for M&J’s industrial waste shredders, and I am confident that René Normann Christensen will, as the new CEO, strengthen the organization and take M&J Recycling to the next level”, said Carsten Knudsen, Chairman of the Board.
