Calibre Mining Declared Record Gold Production in 2023

The company delivered record full year 2023 gold production of 283,494 ounces, thus exceeding the high end of guidance for the year.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Vancouver, B.C.-based Calibre Mining Corporation announced operating results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2023 and guidance for 2024 production, sales, and cost.

The company delivered record full year 2023 gold production of 283,494 ounces, thus exceeding the high end of guidance for the year. The Nicaragua full year gold production totalled 242,109 ounces, whereas the Nevada gold production stood at 41,385 ounces, said the company press release.

Calibre Mining announced fifth consecutive record consolidated quarterly gold production of 75,482 ounces. The Q4 gold production at Nicaragua totalled 64,963 ounces, while the Nevada gold production amounted to 10,519 ounces.

The company foresees consolidated gold production and sales to range between 275,000 and 300,000 ounces in 2024. The consolidated All-in Sustaining Costs (AISC) is predicted to be between $1,275 and $1,375 per ounce of gold. It anticipates the exploration capital to range between $25 and $30 million.

Darren Hall, President & Chief Executive Officer of Calibre stated that the cash on hand recorded significant jump by 52% to $86 million. Looking ahead, it sees another robust year of performance in 2024.
