U.S. Steel has always kept employee safety a top priority, by maintaining highest safety standards at its facilities. The ISO 45001 certification will provide the company with better data and structure to deliver improvements in safety practices, thus building on its strong safety record. It must be noted that the ISO 45001 certification focuses on process over procedures.
