U.S. Steel Named One of the 2022 World’s Most Ethical Companies

A total of 136 companies from 22 countries across 45 industries received the honour.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Pittsburgh-based United States Steel Corporation (U.S. Steel) has been named by Ethisphere as one of the 2022 World’s Most Ethical Companies. It must be noted the company is the only integrated steel producer in the list and one among just three honourees in the “Metals, Minerals & Mining” category. A total of 136 companies from 22 countries across 45 industries received the honour.

The evaluation process includes a comprehensive benchmark and assessment of governance, leadership and reputation, ethics and compliance programs, culture of ethics, and environmental and societal impact to support a strong value chain.
