SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): JSW Steel announced launch of a new group-wide interface connecting all of its Large Project divisions in the Steel and Cement businesses.
The company developed a technology platform named Aikyam, which will allow managers of Large Project divisions from the above businesses, in order to explore new opportunities. The platform will integrate data from the two business segments to generate a comprehensive view of the large project customers. It will help to elevate interactions with large clients and offer an enhanced customer experience to these clients.
Commenting on the development, Parth Jindal, Director of JSW One said that Aikyem is expected to fundamentally change the way JSW works with its large clients. The single Group interface will bolster strong internal collaboration. In future, it plans to integrate other group products including paints, construction chemicals and RMC to the new interface, he added.
The new interface will unlock immense opportunities for the company’s Steel and Cement businesses across several states such as Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. It will create new demand for JSW Steel, JSW Cement and other group companies.
