DGCX Awarded ‘Exchange of the Year- Middle East and Africa’ Second Time in a Row
DGCX had recorded remarkable growth in volumes during the qualifying period.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX) was awarded ‘Exchange of the Year-Middle East and Africa’ at the Future and Options World (FOW) International Awards 2019. This is the second time in a row that the Exchange has been selected for the prestigious award. The award presentation ceremony was held yesterday at the Leonardo Royal Hotel, London.

The DGCX was selected as the winner from amongst a pool of exchanges, in recognition of the excellence demonstrated by it in performance, products and innovation. The award committee noted that DGCX was successful in setting itself apart from other exchanges across the region.
Commenting on the achievement, Les Male, CEO, DGCX noted that the exchange is delighted to win the prestigious award in recognition of its outstanding performance throughout the year. The Group has worked exceptionally hard to achieve remarkable success, he added.
DGCX had recorded remarkable growth in volumes during the qualifying period. Apart from that, it had made notable investments in new technology, which in turn helped in diversifying its product range. Also, it had entered into several strategic partnerships.
