SEATTLE (Scrap Monster):  European packaging industry leader Smurfit Kappa has announced opening of new paper recycling facility in Malaga, Spain. The opening of the modern plant is expected to strengthen the company’s recovered paper service in the region. Further, the plant is expected to play a key role in ensuring permanent availability of sufficient quantities of quality recovered paper in order to meet the rising customer demand.

Speaking at the official launching ceremony, Ignacio Sánchez, Recycling Country Manager, Spain noted that the company is extremely proud to have opened the doors of an innovative plant which features latest recycling technologies.
