Chambishi Copper Smelter – the subsidiary of China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited (CNMC) in Zambia

BEIJING (SMM): Chambishi Copper Smelter – the subsidiary of China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited (CNMC) in Zambia – has secured approval from the board of directors to build a project capable of processing 50,000 tonnes of cobalt matte per year, CNMC told the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The project will cost an estimated $40.89 million
