US West Coast Copper and Stainless steel scrap prices declined

The USA West Coast Copper scrap and Stainless Steel scrap prices saw marginal decline on January 27th, Monday

MONTREAL (Scrap Monster) : The USA West Coast Copper scrap and Stainless Steel scrap prices saw marginal decline on January 27^th, Monday on the Scrap Monster Price Index.

Alternator prices remained unchanged. The price of #1 Copper Wire and Tubing slipped by $0.02 per Lb. #2 Copper Wire and Tubing prices were also down by $0.02 per Lb. The price of #1 Copper Bare Bright also went lower by $ 0.02 per Lb to reach $3.25 per Lb.

The prices of #1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery  and #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery remained flat over the day. #3 Copper-Light copper prices went lower by $0.02 per Lb. Meantime, Copper Radiator prices also declined by $0.02 per Lb.

The prices of Copper Radiators, Copper Transformer Scrap, Cu Yokes and Cu/Al Radiator Ends remained unchanged over the day.

Cu/Al Radiators, Cu/Al Radiators/Fe and Harness Wire 35% Recovery prices too remained unchanged.

Scrap Electric Motors, Sealed units, Starters and Xmas lights saw no daily variation in prices on January 27^th.

201 SS prices remained flat.

301 SS, 304 SS Solid and 304 SS Turning prices declined by $0.01 per Lb.

The prices of 309 SS also dropped $0.01 per Lb over the previous day.

316 SS Solid prices witnessed fall of $0.01 per Lb on January 27^th.

310 SS and 330 SS prices settled lower by $0.02 per Lb each.
